Shipping Policy
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We ship to the address provided. Please take time to make sure your address is correct.
All proper procedures are followed for shipping internationally. International customers are responsible for paying customs, duties, VAT, government taxes, etc. please note that these fees can be high in the UK. These are not to be mistaken for extra shipping charges and we will not be responsible for any of these fees under any circumstances.
In the event that a package is marked 'delivered' by the USPS, that will end our involvement. We are unable to try to locate items after they have been marked 'delivered'. At this point, it is between the buyer and the post office.
DOMESTIC US ONLY: if an item appears to be lost in the mail, we will be able to file a claim 30 days after it shipped. many times an issue will resolve itself with time. Please be patient with the process.
INTERNATIONAL: A claim will be filed if an item has been missing and not marked 'delivered' after two months from date of shipping.
Please note: There is no additional tracking information available to us other that that what is provided to you by USPS. Sometimes USPS does not have tracking internationally, and often USPS is not up to date with tracking information. once it leaves the US, there is no more tracking info available and items can spend a varied length of time going through customs, this can vary widely, please be patient.
